...like a fish without bicycle!

Still, it is very important to take new challenges. Better understanding the world, how some people are "ticking" and offering solutions and support to chnage.

At the moment I have - at least - three things on my plate:

• Getting acquainted with the methodology of a data-driven, systematic approach to problem solving with the focus on customer impact. Combined that with qualitative I/O-intervention practices to foster business projects to increase efficiency .
• Still on the back burner: a Scientific work about aspects of group dynamics with IT implementations.
  To what degree can group dynamics hinder or support the implementation of big business software projects as Lawson, SAP or People Soft? I want to bring together my practical experiences I made in Corporate America with my academic background being a trained psychologist.
  Prime task is to identify the right academic institution and commercial company being interested in this approach.
• But the most beautiful and rewarding project is to see our two sons Leonard and Laurens grow and conquer the world. Now, as they are two, they are enjoying themselves even more.
