Over the Pentecost weekend we have been at Heidi and Rolf in the south of Germany. It was one of the very few spots in Germany with nice weather and we made a trip with the kids to the Lake Constance.

Even though the weather predictions were quite nasty, we went to the zoo in Hannover today.
We could see a lot of really amazingly beautiful animals:

Today we brought the collage to the toddlers group, which Petra made with Leonard last weekend.
Here you can see it:
All the important people in Leonard's life on one piece of paper. He is very proud, because he was the first one to bring the collage in. And this way he can see Petra even when she is in New York for a couple of days.

On Sunday, we made a nice trip to the surrounding countryside of Bremen. All together more than 27 km (roughly 20 miles).
For Leonard's little brother Laurens the first trip in a bicycle trailer.
We went together with Bernd and his son Johannes. Johannes and Leonard are big friends, but Johannes also loves Laurens very much - as you can easily see.
