Just a couple of shots out of the gazillions pictures taken during the time of my flight training. There is also the protocol of my check ride with the examiner Peggy Naumann, a 747 pilot for North-West.<\/p>\n

And a beautiful flight with Rainer to “Norman\u2019s Kay”, a little island in the Bahamas and a place with a notorious past, as this was the base of the drug lord Carlos Lehder<\/a>. On the last picture one can see a crashed plane from his times in the shallow water of this gem island.<\/p>\n

In a German quality newspaper I could read that he retired<\/a> in Berlin. How fucked up is that? Once one of the most searched for criminals in the US and now sitting in a German retirement home.<\/p>\n
